Firstly, I must congratulat TextWise for this truly awesome product. SemanticHacker is really good and is going to go a long way in making the internet better.
I would just like to point out one thing. I was having awesome results when the Service Configuration was odp_2006_l2_20k. With the new configuration, I is not as good. I see that odp_2006_l2_20k is no longer supported. Is it possible to reinstate that? Without it I can't get my work done :(.

Unfortunately, we're unable to go back to the odp_2006_l2_20k configuration. The 20k configuration was based on older technology, and the decision to move on from that version of the Service Configuration was made after rigorous testing showed dramatically improved results.
We are intrigued by your findings; it's certainly possible that one configuration or another will give different/better results than others in some cases, so we'd love to hear about what specifically you're doing.
