It appears that you did not replace the term TOKEN with your actual SemanticHacker API token. I just performed a test using the following call with your issued token and had no problems: http://api.semantichacker.com/TOKEN/signature?uri=http://www.cnn.com. You can obtain your token by logging into to SemanticHacker.com and clicking on you account name at the top of the screen (E.g. Welcome seagullocean).
