Guys, sometimes the API gets stuck on me. As if I was on a penalty 5 minutes or so. Could it be a penalty? I do not think I'm sending requests any aggressively... Am I doing something wrong? Thx.

Jan, we're not seeing any errors on the token associated with your account. Is there another token you're using with your app that we should investigate?
In general, there's nothing that's built-in that would cause a penalty. We do restrict tokens to no more than 5 requests per second, and 20k tokens per day.
If there's any more info you can offer, please pass it along to support@textwise.com and we'll investigate it.
