I took the base widget that can be obtained from the SemanticHacker website (after registering), and modified the color scheme using the configuration tool to match that of my blog. I put the widget code into the main template, and it works great. The matches on the main page correlate to the top or most recent post, and when you click into a specific article the matches change to correlate to its content. I'm not an extremely avid poster, but the widget looks smart and does the trick. My blog has evolved from using Textpattern to WordPress, and the widget worked on both platforms just fine.
